Day 1Bagdogra Airport → Phuentsholing Transfer
Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, meet your driver and proceed towards Phuentsholing, the gateway to Bhutan. Enjoy the scenic drive through the lush green foothills and tea gardens of North Bengal. On arrival at Phuentsholing, complete the necessary entry formalities and check in to the hotel.
Duration: Approx. 4–5 hours
Overnight: Phuentsholing -
Day 2After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. En route, enjoy the scenic Himalayan landscapes and visit Kharbandi Monastery, Gedu, and Chukha Dam View Point. Continue the picturesque journey through the mountains to Thimphu. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
Overnight: Thimphu -
Day 3After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Punakha via the scenic Dochula Pass (3,150 m), famous for its breathtaking Himalayan views and the 108 Druk Wangyel Chortens.
Continue towards Punakha and visit the sacred Chimi Lhakhang, followed by the picturesque Pho Chhu & Mo Chhu River confluence, the magnificent Punakha Dzong, and the iconic Punakha Suspension Bridge. Later, check in to the hotel and relax.
Overnight: Punakha -
Day 4After breakfast, proceed for Thimphu local sightseeing, covering the Handicraft Emporium, Simply Bhutan, National Memorial Chorten, Buddha Point (Buddha Dordenma), and Motithang Takin Preserve Centre.
In the afternoon, check out and drive towards Paro through the scenic Wang Chhu River valley, passing through the suburbs and traditional villages of Thimphu. Continue to Chuzom, the important road junction connecting Paro, Haa, and Phuentsholing. From Chuzom, follow the Pa Chhu River upstream, passing by Tachogang Temple.
On arrival in Paro, proceed for local sightseeing covering Paro Nyamey Zam Bridge, Rinpung Dzong, and a Tiger’s Nest viewpoint. Later, check in to the hotel and relax.
Overnight: Paro -
Day 5After an early breakfast, proceed towards the Tiger’s Nest (Taktsang Monastery). The vehicle will drop you at the designated parking area, from where you will begin the trek to the monastery. Enjoy the spectacular Himalayan scenery and visit this iconic monastery perched dramatically on the cliffside.
The trek takes approximately 5–6 hours round trip, depending on your pace and stops. After completing the trek, return to Paro and relax at the hotel.

Day 6After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for Paro local sightseeing, covering Paro Nyamey Zam Bridge, Rinpung Dzong, National Museum, and Kyichu Lhakhang. Enjoy the rich Bhutanese culture, traditional architecture, and scenic surroundings of Paro.
After sightseeing, continue the journey towards Phuentsholing through the picturesque valleys and mountain roads. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
Overnight: Phuentsholing -
Day 7After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station. Enjoy the scenic drive through the lush green foothills and tea gardens of North Bengal. After completing the Bhutan exit formalities, continue towards your final drop point for your onward journey.
